OUR ACHIEVEMENT

In the past two years, specifically in 2006 and 2007 the Centre (ECOWAS/YSDC) have carried out successfully the following activities:

• ECOWAS youth forum and the meeting of national directors of youth of ECOWAS member states was organised in Banjul, Gambia in 2006

  Participants at the ECOWAS Youth Forum (Banjul, 2006)

• Miss ECOWAS was held in Lome, Togo in 2006

• International Cycling Tour of Mano River Union was held in Freetown, Sierra Leone in 2006

 ECOWAS cycling Tour (Monrovia, 2006 - group of participants)

• The 5^th edition of the African Traditional Wrestling Tournament was held in Niamey, Niger in March/April 2007.
